These terms govern your use of this website (labs.devspeak.dev/investors), its investor deck and the downloadable deck PDF. The site is operated by Devspeak S.A.S.. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.

1. Information only, not an offer

   This site describes DevSpeak Labs and its products for investors, partners and developers. Nothing on it, in the deck or in the PDF is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, shares or any other security or financial instrument in any jurisdiction. Any investment would be made only under separate definitive agreements signed by the parties.

   Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Make your own assessment and consult your own professionals before making any decision.

2. Targets, metrics and forward-looking statements

   Figures labelled as targets are goals, not forecasts or promises. Metrics are shown as of the date printed next to them and come from the sources cited. Plans and statements about the future are uncertain and may change. We try to keep the site accurate, but we do not guarantee that every figure is complete or current, and we may update it without notice.

3. Intellectual property

   The site, the deck, the text, the graphics and the names and logos of DevSpeak Labs and its products belong to Devspeak S.A.S. or its licensors. You may view the site, download the deck PDF and share links to it for your own evaluation. You may quote short passages with attribution. Do not modify the materials, present them as your own, or use our names and logos in a way that suggests endorsement.

4. Product links

   This site links to our products and to third-party sites. Each product has its own terms of service and privacy policy, which apply when you use it. We are not responsible for third-party sites.

5. Contact form and acceptable use

   Use the contact form only to send genuine messages. Do not send spam, unlawful or abusive content, malware, or other people's personal data without their permission, and do not try to interfere with, probe or overload the site. We may block messages that break these rules.

6. No warranties

   The site and its materials are provided as they are and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about them, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

   To the extent the law allows, Devspeak S.A.S. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its contents. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or gross negligence, or any liability that the applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

8. Governing law and disputes

   These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, where Devspeak S.A.S. is established. Before any claim, please write to info@devspeak.dev so we can try to solve it together within thirty days. If we cannot, disputes will be heard by the competent courts of Medellín, Colombia. If you are a consumer, this choice does not take away the protection that the mandatory laws of your country of residence give you, including your right to bring a claim before the courts or authorities of that country where those laws allow it.
