This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies this website (labs.devspeak.dev) uses, why, for how long, and how you can change your choice. It complements our privacy notice. The site is provided by Devspeak S.A.S..
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, keep information on your device in the same way. Some are needed for the site to work; others are optional, and we use those only if you agree.
The kinds we use
- Strictly necessary (always on). They keep your consultancy chat session on this device and remember the choices you make, including your cookie choice and “Pause motion”. The site cannot work as you expect without them, so they do not need your consent.
- Analytics (only with your consent). If you choose “Accept analytics”, we load Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager. It sets cookies to count visits and to see how the site is used. Google signals and ad personalization are off, and we use no advertising features. Until you choose, and if you choose “Reject”, nothing from Google loads and these cookies are not set.
- Visit statistics without cookies. This site also counts visits with Umami, a tool we host ourselves. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.
- We use no advertising cookies.

How to change your choice
- Cookie settings. Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page to accept or reject analytics at any time. If you withdraw your consent, Google Analytics no longer loads from the next time you open or reload a page; the cookies it already set stay in your browser until they expire or you delete them.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as “Reject” and do not load analytics.
- Your browser. You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you do, the site forgets your cookie choice and your chat session on that device.
Pages and services run by others
Some pages and services you open from this site are run by other companies and may set their own cookies under their own policies: Cal.com (the booking page for the free call, in a new tab) and Cloudflare Turnstile (the bot check on the contact and chat forms). The investors site under /investors has its own privacy notice; if you use its language switch, it remembers your choice in a cookie (labs-locale) for one year.
Changes
We publish any change on this page with a new version and date. If we add a new kind of optional cookie, we will ask for your consent before it is set.
