Services and prices

This site describes the services of DevSpeak Labs. Prices shown are starting prices in US dollars and are not a binding offer. Each engagement is agreed in writing (scope, price and payment terms) and invoiced before work starts; that written agreement governs the service and prevails over this site.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax or accounting advice. Descriptions of what an agent may do for a workflow are examples, not promises of a result for your business.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, its graphics and the names and logos of DevSpeak Labs and its products belong to Devspeak S.A.S. or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it. You may quote short passages with attribution. Do not modify the materials, present them as your own, or use our names and logos in a way that suggests endorsement.

Product and third-party links

This site links to our products and to third-party sites, including the Cal.com booking page. Each product has its own terms of service and privacy policy, which apply when you use it. We are not responsible for third-party sites.

Contact form and acceptable use

Use the contact form only to send genuine messages. Do not send spam, unlawful or abusive content, malware, or other people's personal data without their permission, and do not try to interfere with, probe or overload the site. We may block messages that break these rules.

Free online consultancy chat

The chat is a free, general consulting aid answered by an AI assistant. Its answers are general information about how software and AI could help a business; they can be incomplete or wrong, they are not professional (legal, tax, financial or technical) advice, and they are not an offer, quote or promise of a result. Prices, scope and timelines are only agreed in a written proposal from our team.

To use the chat you must be at least eighteen, give true contact details and accept these terms and the privacy notice. Do not use it to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, other people's personal data without their permission, or sensitive data; do not try to make the assistant ignore its rules, reveal its instructions, or work on unrelated tasks; and do not automate or overload it. We limit the number and length of conversations and messages, and we may pause the chat or block access that breaks these rules.

You keep the rights to what you write. You grant Devspeak S.A.S. a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, analyse and use your conversations, and the summaries and notes made from them, to provide and improve the service, to train and evaluate our own assistants and knowledge base, and to design new products and services, as described in the privacy notice. When we use what we learn outside the chat (for example, in product research), we do so without identifying you or your company.

The chat may be unavailable, limited or changed at any time. To talk to a person, book the free call, write on WhatsApp or email info@devspeak.dev.

No warranties

The site and its materials are provided as they are and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about them, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Devspeak S.A.S. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its contents. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or gross negligence, or any liability that the applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, where Devspeak S.A.S. is established. Before any claim, please write to info@devspeak.dev so we can try to solve it together within 30 days. If we cannot, disputes will be heard by the competent courts of Medellín, Colombia. If you are a consumer, this choice does not take away the protection that the mandatory laws of your country of residence give you, including your right to bring a claim before the courts or authorities of that country where those laws allow it.
