Methods
- Accounts: confirmed accounts, excluding internal and test accounts. New accounts are the ones created in the selected period.
- Active users: people who used the product in the window that ends on the data date: DAU covers 1 day, WAU 7 days, MAU 30 days. Each product defines use by its main activity: DevSpeak, at least one translation; TalentAssisto, a sign-in or an assistant chat (the larger of the two counts); Havernor, a sign-in or a HaverAgent conversation.
- Key actions: the main thing each product does, named under each number (for example translations or assistant chats). They differ by product, so they have no total.
- Day-7 retention: of the accounts created 14 to 44 days before the data date, the share that used the product again 7 to 13 days after signing up. It is shown only when that group has at least 3 accounts.
- Traffic: visitors, sessions and page views come from Umami, cookieless analytics that counts every visit. Google Analytics counts only visitors who accept cookies; it is used internally and is not shown here.
- Store users: the Chrome Web Store's own user figure for SkipSponsor AI. It follows the store's definition of a user, so it is not added to other rows.
- Revenue: paid transactions and MRR (monthly recurring revenue from active subscriptions) come from the payment provider's records. ARR is MRR × 12, labelled COMPUTED.
- Totals: the All products row adds the product rows for accounts, active users, traffic, paid transactions and revenue. It counts accounts per product, so a person with accounts in two products counts twice: totals are not unique people.
- Refresh: the numbers are collected once a day, and each keeps the date it was read. If a source can't be read, the last good value stays with a Stale badge and its real date; nothing is carried forward silently. Not measured yet means there is no measurement, never zero.
